Is there a server yet? Where can I log in?
No. Right now there is no server for the general public to log into. The mapping server did go up today and the sciptors will run their own servers as they learn how to do what is needed of them. None of the servers are ready for play by the general audience.
Why do you have this forum (or Why are you listed on Xtreme Top 100) if there is no accessible server yet?
I have seen a few postings across different social medias of those who seek an old-style role play Ultima Online server (some even going as far as to request a pol server.) These players are without a place to go. The staff wants everyone to know that we are here. We are working on it. It will be some time before Catharsis is ready for play, but it is not too early to take part in the project! We want and need people to come forward and show their support, their interest, and even volunteer to make this happen.
So you want GMs?
Yes! GMs will be selected from those who volunteer in these early stages of development.
What sort of volunteers are you looking for?
Catharsis needs lots of love. It is our hope it will be a collaboration of creativity and effort from a number of people all with their own special gifts to share. Make an account and post or send me a message over the boards with what you would like to do to bring this world to life.
